Rusty Made it to a Real Forever Home!
October 24th, 2009
Hi my name is Rusty (formally Watson) and I think I am a Beagle-Bloodhound mix. Please don’t let my three legs fool you because I am far from disabled. In fact, my new mom says I’m “perfect” (she tells me that at least 10 times a day! It’s so embarrassing). I still have no idea why my old family dumped me at the shelter with a broken leg (after I was hit by a car), but I sure am glad the nice people at AAA saved me and paid to have that pesky leg removed. Now I am free to run, play with my toys, snuggle, and follow my mom everywhere she goes! I started out as a foster with my new family, but they told me I make them way too happy to ever let me go… and with all this love & attention, I am not complaining!! Thank you to everyone who helped save my life!
The Litter Robot – Animal Advocates Product Review
October 23rd, 2009
I got the Litter Robot after a friend had told me how amazing hers was. She was really right. The Litter Robot is like the StarWars Death Star of cat poop. A large circle that the cats go inside, that rotates, dumps the clumps and then resets itself. Then later in the week you simply empty a little bag in the bottom of the machine and replace it with a fresh bag. It’s that simple. There’s very little smell, very little mess, and very little work involved in keeping a tidy litter box. The litter circle rotates about 7 minutes after your cat gets out so it won’t freak them out. They are long gone before it starts turning and churning.
I was in a pet store the other day when I heard a woman telling the store owner that he should carry the Litter Robot, I immediately jumped into the conversation and told them both how much I loved mine. The woman had one and agreed that it was a life saver.
If you’ve got cats, and you’re looking for a new refreshing way to take care of the clumps, I highly recommend the Litter Robot. It’s available online at www.litter-robot.com for approximately $329 bucks and worth every penny.
