A Pennsylvania woman looked out her window on Monday and saw a small cat completely bound, head to toe in duct tape. The cat couldn’t walk or move. She contacted the PSPCA immediately and officers came to rescue the cat. The female cat was taken to the PSPCA’s animal hospital for care. She had to be sedated so that they could cut the tape off of her fur with specialized medical scissors.

I don’t understand how humans can be so cruel to animals so full of grace and unconditional love. It truly disgusts me.
I’ll give a thousand dollar reward myself and meet directly with the person who did this so I can show them how best to place duck tape all over their body. And, then I’d like to take them to the ghetto and let the good hearted killers play with what’s left of their body. Hey, I’m a female and not a fighter but then a woman furious and hating the kind of person who’d do this to a cat ..we’re deadly. This is so sad and if this vile individual who would do this hasn’t killed or harmed someone, for sure they will.
