In the woods of Upstate New York, a beagle was found duct taped and discarded in a black plastic garbage bag.  The man who found the dog thought she was dead until he picked her up and she cried out.  The dog was brought to a veterinary hospital where they methodically removed the tape.  The owners, who had been looking for their wayward dog Daisy for at least two weeks, were reunited with their dog thanks to a micro-chip installed in the dog’s skin. Police are now looking into how the dog might have ended up bound in the woods. For complete story click HERE.
