The Hard Work of Networking Pays off for TEDDY!!!

February 5th, 2010 by Lee

Thanks to the tireless work of many caring people who did not give up on networking Teddy, this sweet boy now has a wonderful home to call his very own. Networking through email, facebook, twitter and any means possible works and Teddy is living proof of that. He was scheduled to be killed today and instead he will be sleeping in his own comfortable bed surrounded by two loving people that will provide him with the life he always deserved. Hopefully one day all homeless pets will have a similar opportunity. Watch the video below to see Teddy in his new home and hear the words of his new guardians. Thank you Carey and John!

My mother was the volunteer who rescued teddy. last saturday when me and her came to rescue some cats, i saw teddy and in an instant plopped my bottom on the ground and pet teddy as he leaned against the gate and slowly shut his eyes. i pet him for about a good 5 mins. i begged my mom if we can take him i told her i would do ANYTHING just to have him and i didn’t care what i had to do as long as i had him. after my melted heart said goodbye to him, my mom told me she would network it. and today, is the happiest day of my life.

Sorry Phillip. My daughter spoke out of turn.
Phillip was the volunteer and angel who rescued Teddy. And Phillip, I’ve heard nothing but good things about you and Animal Advocates Alliance. Thank you for all you do. Thanks to Carey and John again for giving Teddy a home. It takes a village to save a dog.
